Checked credit card today and yes $1,000 taken. Tried to check my order on web site and it said there was no order for my e mail address. Only proof I had was (luckily) I tooma screen shot of my order.
Then today (7 days later) my order arrives?!
I did get an e mail howere asking me to rate the company. So I obviously entered my e mail address correctly.”

Very pleased with the quality of material used, the directions and suggestions in the enclosed booklets, and the very useful worksheet that helped me determine starting and ending cable heights on our sloped lot. The grandkids, and their parents are having a lot of fun with it.”

“We went with the Torpedo model and it is a blast. The directions are easy to understand and most of the setup tasks are fairly simple, I set up most of it by myself. The grandkids love it and are already planning another one. My only complaint is that I didn't envision how far away from the tree the starting point ends up, the take-off platform ended up much larger than originally planned. We anticipate many years of enjoyment from the zipline, thanks for making such a great product.”

“First time purchase and very happy with the service and quality. Ordered on a Monday and received the cables (for my little suspension bridge) on Wednesday, just as I ordered them.
