Early Monday morning, I received a call giving me the internet link to the installations instructions as well being told a hard copy was being sent via mail. Just wish I could have swapped out the big boy seat with the wooden round one , I told miles I was more willing to pay difference, but said wasn't allowed. The instructions are easy to follow and understand I had my grandson do the mathematics for our set up, calculating slack, and vertical drop. the cable was just the right length. set up took a few hours and the grandkids were zipping along the rest of the day.”
