“The packaging of the device is very flimsy and stuck together with double sided take. It came off when I open the box to check on the device and promptly stuck it back together again. Hope it does not come loose again on the plane.”

“Product is very good, very happy with it! HOWEVER: Even though it is shipped from ES to NL, it comes with a US power supply! Support just informed me that this is normal and I should buy my own power supply. This is very dissapointing.”

“Took a bit long to get here but excellent product, quality build design and feel. Will emulate anything up to Dreamcast, just use custom or updated firmware as OS included (EmuElec) while good is an outdated version.”

“Generally speaking I'm satisfied. Shipping took a while though(14 days instead of estimated 10) and I got the details of the logistics company only after I had emailed BG for extra details. BG order info was a bit vague at first.”

“Delivery is usually as indicated, sometimes a little slower, sometimes a little faster. Delivery from EU warehouses is often fast. Products can be hit or miss, just read the reviews and you'll be able to avoid most problems. Had two orders that went missing, and Banggood shipped new ones out for both, so customer service is good although you have to wait a while.”
