“Do you want to be mocked Do you want to be mocked? THEN Buy from Banggood! I say this with all confidence. For over half a year, I bought a phone that was defective. For FIVE months they kept putting me off and making excuses. Of course they didn't find a solution. After 5 months they said they would refund my money. For a month they've been saying it's my bank's problem. I didn't think something like this would be possible in 2025. It's a joke....”

“Ware ist perfekt. Der Paketservice in Deutschland ist unmöglich! Hermes hat eine Woche für die Zustellung benötigt. Ich war immer zuhause, kann das Haus nicht verlassen. Die Angaben der Sendungsverfolgung sind alle gelogen!”

“ho fatto tutta la trafila: ho ordinato i vari strumenti, che mi servivano del costo di 84 Euro circa. Ho fatto il pagamento, ma alla data di consegna ho ricevuto solo una cosa che non avevo ordinato del valore di qualche centesimo. Non capivo cosa fosse successo, andando sul sito ho capito che il mio ordine era stato scambiato. Non so se qualcuno ha ricevuto la mia merce. Comunque, spero che gli ulteriori ordini che ho fatto arrivino in maniera corretta”

“Selling item that they dont have Selling item that they dont have. Then they dont allow to cancel order under fake circumstances that package was sent. After providing wrong tracking id of package they started lying that it was sent. They provided another package and according to the DHL, package wasnt sent. They dont want to refund and also they dont want to sent a package. Its frozing the money. Skip this company”

“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. My son spent £80 of his birthday money on a remote controlled car from this bunch of cowboys. He used it 5 times before something went very obviously wrong with it through no fault of him using it. Sent a complaint asking for a replacement and am now caught in a pointless loop of chatbot responses and no real interest in them replacing or refunding us. I can’t fathom how they have such a high trustpilot score. Again…… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“Previous items have been good quality. This angle grinder does not function due to a very visible wiring quality issue. Customer service have been very slow in resolving, so far 9 days have elapsed and still no confirmation of a replacement unit. All I get is tickets updates and requests for information, easy fix is supply a quality replacement!”

“Same as most folks who buy from this [ So Call Company], Very bad communication, Slowest Delivery Possible, and a compromised credit/debit card as I ordered, as my bank cut off my card required for my safety, it would take two weeks to get a new card in the mail or I can drive to a bank and have it done, what a hassle over a $13.93 order, will never buy again from this place, Will stay with USA sellers even if I have to pay a little more it's worth it. Have a good day.”

“T30 Max setup did not finish well. Ended up in endles reboot loop displaying the message: dm-verify corruption. Your device is corrupt. I insist on return and refund.”

“Under no circumstances buy from Banggood, the customer service is awful. Bought an electric bike, less than a year old and and it stopped working. Have been going back and forth for last 8 WEEKS. Still not resolved. Get standard email saying the supplier still not answered to them. AWFUL SERVICE. Do not be tempted by slightly cheaper prices. im not stuck with a bike that does not work even after sending videos of the issue. * Had update from Banggood saying that "Your display has 6 months warranty, it was out of warranty, if you want a new display , you should pay for it. Or you may buy or repair it in the local store." so to clarify DO NOT BUY from Banggood there displays on the bike i spent £1500 on stopped working after less than 1000 miles and and 8 months old.”
