“Did not receive the product, in the tracking info its was showing PFL Logistics and showed delivered however did not show the address where they delivered no contact unavailable, one phone no found after so many attempts but no one picks up the phone. Very very dissatisfied.”

“A few years ago I considered BG, a safe online store for shopping. This has changed in an emphatic way recently. The latest example is a recent purchase. Without any notice, a product listed as readily available was never sent. They just kept the money and sent nothing without any notice! I had to contact their slow customer service to ask what happened with the order and they were full of empty excuses. Banggood has become the worst online store I used, it has lost my trust and I would not advise anyone to trust it.”

“I made a purchase from this particular website which turned out to be a bad purchase. I purchased a mobile phone device which upon arrival appeared to be defective. It wasn't charging. No matter how many hours I left the mobile phone charging, it showed no indication of charging and no indication of operation. I spoke directly to Banggood customer service staff opening a ticket and the process ticked for days until the ticket was automatically closed without any help. Now I have opened another ticket and they have started telling me the same things they said to me in the first ticket before it was closed. The first ticket was closed because their last reply was: "we will update for you as soon as possible, please wait patiently" and I was just waiting... As you can see, the company in question has bad service and is fooling the customer by giving them fake hopes that he will answer him soon and this never happens until days pass and the ticket is automatically closed. This company does not assume its responsibilities and as a result does not compensate its customer.”

“I bought battery operated chainsaw that arrived with two batteries. After 8 hrs of attempting to charge those batteries they wouldn’t charge. Reached to banggood for return and refund they started to ask me to perform all kind of tests and requested I should have some special tools which I didn’t have. They even asked to find someone who may have such tool to help me with the test which I told I don’t have anyone to help me. They refused to take the item back and suggested to refund me about 40%. This is a scam they sent out a defective product they refused to take back and would not issue a full refund. Be aware of these folks they will be happy to take your money and they are at no obligation to honor their written commitments. They keep writing back and forth with the hope you go away or get tired and accept the minimum so be aware.”

“THERE IS NO ANY WARRANTY COVERAGE. A BMAX TABLET ONLY NINE MONTHS USED HAS A SERIOUS FAULT (MAINBOARD) AND NO ANY COVERAGE UNDER WARRANTY. THEY REFUSED TO SUPPLY ME THE PART EVEN WITH CHARGE.”
