“Poor quality item, too inaccurate for woodworking. The banggood app makes it literally impossible to upload photos as it only accesses my WhatsApp photos(!) despite me allowing full access to my photo gallery. The customer "service" agent was totally and completely unhelpful and has now removed that item from my order so I can't request a return/refund via the app. First time customer of banggood. Never again.”

“Ordered placed by mistake and instantly tried to return/refund. Return said processing please be patient. After almost 10days item still shipped and was charged for item.”

“They couldn't read or write my address correctly so they sent my pack to some random delivery box in the other half of the city which was 4 hours from me, and I had to contact with the delivery company if they would be that kind to send my pack closer to my address what banggood czech warehouse messed up. But I still had to wait 2 more weeks when my pack was already in country because of the delivery company support wasn't the best either.”

“Purchased 3 sets. Two of them do not work at all. Next time I will buy at a local seller. There it sure will be more expensive but if there are any problems, they are easier to solve. One working set out of three means I have payed for the working one three times the price. More expensive wouldn't be locally.”
