“The delivery, price and customer service were perfect! But, the ESC doesn't work as described. The brake is configurable but regardless of this configuration, it doesn't brake. I tried different motors an different configs - no brake. In a electric sailplane, the brake ist essential.”

“Ordered three items December 10 received one of the items January 10 still waiting for the other two items they said it might be delivered in February they are very very on organized and slow I don't think I will ever order from them again”

“I ordered a drone on the 28th of December. They mentioned that ot was going to be shipped within 24hours and deliveres within 6-10 days but up to this moment (15/01), it is still in a processing condition. I have contacted the customer service plenty of times but their "help" is extremely poor in terms of how much they know or they are willing to know about their customers' ordered items. They seem Clueless and they keep redirecring me in order to receive an answer about what is goig on BUT...... NOTHING! If they want satisfied and dedicated clients, they MUST upgrade their services immediately!”
