“Delivery and installation where ok but this camera works for few hours then I just got a black image and i have to restart the device to have it working for a certain periode of time”

“Le problème est que la commutation ce fait en anglais ! Pour un problème que j'ai avec mon téléphone portable, effectivement ce dernier est déjà en panne de micro au bout de 15 jour 3 semaines d'utilisation. Je suis dans l'attente de la procédure pour mêle faire changer !!!?”

“Item quality was much lower than pictured. One of my items was broken. Customer service didn't want to compensate for the low quality initially, took a number of emails back and forth. Eventually settled on a partial refund, so at least there's that.”

“Of the past five orders I've made with Banggood three have been returned to them for some sort of security, customs issue. All were flashlights. Most without batteries. If Banggood can't successfully ship their merchandise then what good are they. Totally pathetic.”

“I ordered a cell phone for my new business well aware of both the lead and the shipping times estimated by the company via my chosen delivery method. I placed my order on the 10th and received a notification of the order and the shipment that same day. So far, so good. Well a full 10 days later, the shipping estimate has not been updated and I cannot get a straight answer out of any of the reps I have contacted. On both occasions, I was responded to as if I said completely different things and was asking for anything other than reasonable customer service. I have ordered from them before and the service, even from their HK warehouse was quick and easy. The Corona Virus may be slowing delivery and I can understand that but just TELL ME the truth when I ask. The customer service is terrible, even though they offer quality products this experience makes me never want to order from them again!”

“Quick delivery but upon ordering a drone which came in a sealed box, the drone gas scratches on the front at the top, seems like someone has used something abrasive to rub something off leaving deep scratches, unfortunately I'm disappointed with Bangood and will not be recommending them especially when I paid £350 for a damaged item”
