Banggood may have some good pricing from time to time, and delivery very slow but service after the fact is impossible, worst ever!. I'm so tired of the No English excuse and the lag time. If you get your order, your in good shape and I suspect most folks do, But if you have any procedural problems during or after the order is placed your in serious trouble. Dealing with CS is so frustrating, dealing with the Chat room is worst. All responses come from a pre-written scrip or you will be told, "have to check with our team members and they will call you back in 24 hrs "  you might as well be talking to a wall, kiss your money goodbye. Proceed at your own risk.

Bad reviews are not published - this is censorship! Really bad costumer service. Damaged products are sent as new. They are more of a scam than a reputable company.

There are some serious Chinese eshops, but definitely not this one. My experience: lost package, asked to reship which they wasn't able to do so, so asked for refund (I paid insurance with that order), try to guess if I have money on the account.. What is probably even worst than lost package (that could simply happen from time to time) is their approach, instead of fair treatment - "sorry, lost the package and got no same item now, will have it in a couple of weeks, would you wait?" they will feeding you with lies about preparing the package which will be sent in 3 days. Same with refund, their dates and responses are almost definitely a lies. So if you like to play roulette and ready to get hurt a bit, okay, go for BG. In case you would like to get professional approach and your order for 100%, try another store.

Cheap and reliable deliverys but thats it. You had better wish that you product does not break, as any contact with customer services are plagued with Lies and repeat mails trying to divert you from the warranty and come up with some excuse about why you are not covered. Their mails never show the conversation and all mails look loike the previous. even when you hold them to account by their own terms. Avoid the stress and go elsewhere. Regular buyer until now, its the last time i want to deal with them

don't buy from Bang good unless you want to be ripped off. Their returns policy is a joke. Just contacting them to request a refund or exchange and they want to warn you about the high cost of customs. their suggestion is to give it as a gift. Then they want to tell you have sorry they are and will give you 50 banggood points - equivalent to 50cents. I saw their ad on one of my feeds. What a fool I was to look at their site. BUYER BE WARNED

I ordered a men's hat, in April 2019. Haven't seen the hat nor my money since. It was only $15.00 so there was no tracking. I've tried to get my message to Banggood but who knows where my messages went.

Ordered product, (good prices, quick turn around), got product, started building product, missing parts, Banggood said, "...for defective product, we suggest you to repair the product or buy a replacement..." WOW, they can't sent $0.75 worth of screws that are missing! Great customer service, I think not!!!

Deux problèmes: Un colis de deux ampoules reçu en état moyen, mal protégé et l'une des deux ampoules ne fonctionnait pas... Après plusieurs E-mails, traduits en anglais et envois de photos, on m'explique qu'il faut que je réalise une vidéo pour prouver que l'ampoule ne fonctionne pas !! En somme, ce serait de ma faute ou alors je mentirai, bref il faudrait perdre son temps pour se faire (peut-être) envoyer une ampoule de rechange. Bilan; une ampoule au prix de deux... Et deuxième problème: Suite à une commande envoyée mais non reçue, (probablement égarée pendant le transport) le marchand m'a remboursé ma commande. Surtout n'oubliez pas de prendre une assurance ! Merci à Cherry du service clientèle de s'être occupé de ce litige :)

I ordered a 35L still from their website. The good part is it came a few days early, and the price was very good. I even found a coupon code that gave me a big enough discount that it paid for the shipping. It appeared to have been properly packed and there did not appear to be any shipping damage. The bad is that the port for the temperature sensor was missing. There was supposed to be a small tube welded to the side, but this tube was missing on the one they sent me. No one in their Customer Care group speaks English, strange but true. They appear to be using some sort of translation program that does a really poor job. Every time I sent them a message, they appeared not to understand what my issue was. They also didn't understand that the messages had pictures of my problem. After 4 times, I put in another request and gave up on the first correspondence. I have yet to hear anything back from the 2nd try. Bottom line, if you have something wrong with your order, yu are out of luck. They haven't a clue what you are talking about.

I ordered a small electronic item to just test them out and it took just over a month for delivery. I expected a slow delivery time. I've bought stuff from individuals on eBay and it usually took about 20-25 days. The electronic item had a display that displaying the functions in Chinese. Makes the item useless to me. Price close to what Amazon was selling it for. I would have to be responsible for shipping back to China. That's not going to happen. They don't offer anything that I can't find on Amazon or eBay. I won't use them again.

I am evaluating the store with two stars for the quick solution they gave me regarding my problem, however I am very unhappy with the services of the store. They sell an expensive freight to Brazil and have no information, buy a smartphone in bangood and various accessories in another store, all accessories arrived in 9 days, and the Bangood smartphone did not even have the transport information. But they returned the money quickly, acknowledging the error. I hope you improve the logistics problem, bangood! Brazil Direct Mail is very bad!

Package sent by Banggood has missing item and they don't seem to be helpful coming out with a solution. Also, one back order parcel gave me option to cancel which I did. 3 days had gone by, no refund show in my PayPal just yet. I would not trust Banggood. It will never be Amazon. Not even close to eBay. I'm done with them for sure.
