“I bought this product: VIOLEWORKS 6 Inch Portable Electric Pruning Saw Rechargeable One-hand Woodworking Electric Chain Saws W/ 1/2 Battery - EU Plug Two Batteries this was bad goods. After first battery the engine stopped working. Smoke went out from the engine and it is absolutely dead. I waste my money, so I don't recommend this goods. Lost all my money.”

“O multimetro é excelente, a entrega foi feita antes do previsto, muito rápido, porém quando abri o pacote vi que faltavam acessórios importantes, o kit com ponteiras extras entre outros não estavam lá! Que pena, estou aguardando resposta!”

“Guys am fed up complaining about your prospect, you advertise one things and send only part of it, happened on 3 separate items, waiting for last shipment and good luck to you as I won't be using your service anymore. Its better order (even with more cost) from reputable provider and get decent service.”

“Die bestellte West war viel zu klein. Laut Angaben fehlen in der Breite 12cm! Daher für mich unbrauchbar. Es wurde aufgrund meiner Reklamation nachgefragt, meine Antworten aber ignoriert. Letztendlich wurde mir ein Nachlass von 15% auf die nächste Lieferung angeboten. Ich lehnte das ab. Dann wurde das Ticket geschlossen (weil ich angeblich nicht geantwortet habe). The ordered west was much too small. According to information missing in width 12cm! Therefore useless for me. It was asked because of my complaint, but my answers were ignored. Eventually I was offered a 15% discount on the next shipment. I declined. Then the ticket was closed (because I supposedly didn't reply).”

“Ordered sculpfun s9 laser and extra accessories after being told it was in stock. Placed order and was still processing nearly 2 weeks later. Went on live chat, was told I would get an email within 48hrs. This happened 3 times. Then I was told I would receive an email after 5 days as I need to be patient!!. PayPal had to intervene and refund. They obviously did not have stock available to send and just lied to get the order. Never received email or explanation from this company. They did exactly the same 12mth ago with other items I ordered. DON'T BELIEVE this company when they state items are in stock. If it is still processing a couple of days after you order and pay, you can guarantee they haven't got it. Will never use them again. Have kept the chats and the attitude is, we couldn't care less, we have your money.”

“Totally awfull shop. I'm making a lot of orders from Europe warehouse. But they totally doesn't respect customer. They can't ship order 2 weeks. And customer support just have 1 answer wait 48hours you will receive mail about that, but you didn't receive anything. And going to write again, and you hear the same again wait 48 hours. Then one of the order i receive. It was chair, box was totally damaged, and gaming chair had 7 holes in leather. Open the case wait for 2 weeks till they replay and they offer to me 800points :D and start to ignore me in that case which i open in banggood page, so i decide open that in bank charge back. Never buy here again. They do not have any respect to customer. Also they remove negative feedback in reviews. They doesn't approve negative reviews so all of the order reviews are approved only the 4-5 stars reviews. Look to dates in pictures. Always lie from CS and they even can't ship order for a 3 weeks and cancel it.”
