“Dear Banggood team, Thank you for this message regarding my case. Let me start by saying that l have only received 2 emails dated March 24 and 25 announcing delivery (which indeed arrived). Upon arrival l sent 2 claims about the bad quality condition in which the hat arrived. And after that this is the only email received as an answer and l thank you for your interest. Please resend me the message in order to understand what should l answer about. I hope you don’t close my case as this product arrived damaged and l appreciate Banggood effectively finds a solution. I don’t know what ticket questions are or were. All l have is a damaged product (the beautiful hat sadly broken in 4 in the brim) and a plastic bag branded “Newchic - classic fashion” with a tag or sticker that says POA7229979 SKUF74729 dbJtHEW PCK Made in China ….and that’s all. “Horrible experience. I ordered an over $400 laptop from Banggood. However, I received a defective product. I contacted customer service and followed the instruction to ship back the defective product to its warehouse. It's been 5 months and I still don't know if I will have my refund back.”

“5 purchases on 5 different occasions , all 5 had issues with several months to get delivered while banggood send me fake and fabricated shipping updates, complete joke. I was warned about this and that they sell the customers credit card information to the darknet and I just did not believe it but now I am convinced.”

“I got an email from Banggood, "Write Reviews, Get Free Trial!" It has an 500% off coupon for an electric bike, but I can not collect the coupon. I wrote to Customer Services, but they can not help, only wrote sorry, sorry and sorry, but they did not try solve the problem. They offered only 600BG(6USD) points and 6% off coupon. I offered to pay the 10%(200USD). If I get I will write a long review with photos and video. Also, they hide the negative comments in many items, which the Customer Services did admitted.”
