“No sound from the SPDIF arter auto update how do i fix it?”

“I bought from them a warm white dimmable led standing lamp in August 2021. I received a cold white non dimmable one that was slightly bent. I reported this immediately to customer service (including pictures and videos) and they have been rejecting to refund me since then. They keep on closing the complaint tickets without resolving the issue, and this has been going on for 6 months. Their last feedback I received was that I have no grounds to complain because the product is usable! The managers of this company are either scammers or have no idea of what consumer rights are. Do not buy from them.”

“banggood was very good a long time ago, now its just a pain in the ass when something comes broken in a package. if u take a look the package is mostly damaged due the bad packeging like a plastic back and some carboard... and when something brakes during shipping from china to eu its pretty hard and takes a very long time to get some help witch is quit painfull so no i would not recomend it anymore. i think the good pretty times of banggood or over i am sorry”

“Did not receive what was advertised! Very bad description and picture completely different product arrived. Ordered aircraft as in description only received covering. Shocking miss sold goods. Will not be using banggood again. Shame.”

“Unsatisfied with the product. It was dirty and looked like it was not new. Even the case was damaged and dirty too. It didn’t have a picture that shows it’s a 2000W shear machine so I’m not sure if the one I got is the one I paid for”

“I was looking for 'Remote Controlled Switch Power Socket', because I didn't find it in my country. After checkout, first they wrote the goods were not yet available, "we are waiting for them from the factory". They waited, a few months later they sent. Arrived. The remote controller is not configured in any way. Leaf manual in English did not help, does not work. There is no such model in Iнтернет, as well as manual to it. The site does not have a simple quick and understandable way of feedback, which could be used for an acceptable time for a busy person. There are chat, mail, messenger icons, but they are inactive. Shortly, choosing expressions, the next frivolous guys, whom I block from the first joint and forever [including the annoying advertising that they slam daily since registration]. Appreciate your time, gentlemen). P.S. Bought the "Remote Socket" in Moscow. It is elementally configured and works.”

“I ordered a product on November 30th 2021, as a Christmas gift, was told it was out of stock after paying. Agreed to wait for it to come back in stock and waited, today is the 23rd of January and they've just cancelled the order with no product arriving. Do not use these crooks, they have held my money for nearly 2 months and I now have a very disappointed partner who won't be getting his long awaited Christmas present!”

“Delivery was just over a week which is good. The assembly instructions are almost non-existant. The battery charger must be made for Chinese households as the charger will not fit any electrical outlet in my home and an adaptor was NOT included. I need an adaptor or return instructions.”

“A termék a garancia időn belül (egyéb termék esetén 180 nap) tönkrement. Esetünkben a cipő talpa eltörött, igy nem használható. Több szöri jelzésemre sem érkezett érdemi válasz. Hova küldhetem vissza a hibás terméket? Kapok-e kártérítést? (termék ára + potaköltség) Esetleg új termékre kicserélik költség nélkül? Várom érdemi visszajelzésüket.”
