“Bought something with UK pounds (£7,99). Due to a missing part on the item, we agreed on a refund. Such was made in US dollars ($7,99) which isn't the same amount. They absolutely refused to ackowledge this a problem in the most arrogant way. They even tried to bribe me with extra bonus points! A if I would continue to be their customer after that! Avoid them at all costs everyone! Con artist of the first kind! Nuno”

“Forget warranty, this is just for advertising... You must know that buying from this site is like gambling, if you have luck to get the product in good condition is ok, after that pray to god for your product to not break down because if you have problems, banggood customer care will do all they can to make you to quit ask for warranty... they will ask you a lot of stupid things as proof and they will ask you a lot of stupid questions, they will suggest you to call a local service for repair but at the same time they warn you that if the device is opened you will lose the warranty just to annoy you and then give up. My fryer came defective from the manufacture, there shouldn't have been a problem replacing the product, but they had the audacious to make me the repair proposal in a local service, so that they could then tell me that the warranty is no longer valid for that the appliance has been disassembled. They promise you a lot of things like politicians until you vote them, after that they forget everithing that they promised and you'll be on your own. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ef1IjDn71M”

“Second time I received a Non working device ..seller erased my review bangood just popped a message possite review was removed doesn't meet our guidelines .. people the only thing you achieve is loosing customers ... Never again”

“The seller used a courier company called UniUni for delivery. I use a Canada Post RPO (Registered Post Office) for my delivery address. I have used this address for Banggood sellers over 50 times. On Sunday, Nov 21, I received a text message from their Vancouver HQ. It advised me that I had an incorrect address and needed to pick up my package at their Ottawa facility within 5 days. No response. On Sunday night, I emailed their Ottawa facility explaining RPO delivery and asking them to put the package on a Monday morning delivery. No response. On Monday, I called the office and a young lady took my information, promising to talk to her delivery team and get back to me. No return call. So Tuesday, I drove 22km to their facility and claimed my package.”

“I order two item(JLB RC Car In stock. Ships in 24 hours)at that moment is on special price after the order is confirmed and I wait for 3 days Banggood still not send me the items so I contact Help Center give me the answer is We regret to inform you that the item can't be shipped with the shipping method due to some specific restrictions of the logistics carrier. and then Banggood ask to pay for $217.00 NZD more but the regular shipping price is $61.49 I alread cancel one but Banggood want me to cancel all.”

“I purchased an Android box that worked for 1-2 days then the remote stopped working. I requested replace or refund. After a week of back and forth they continue to demand video documentation of the power button not working. I now realize I threw away my money.”

“I purchased a phone from this website. The sim card tray broke after only a couple days of use. It happens right?Bangood made me jump through hoops. Including posting a YouTube video. Pictures should have been sufficient. One I finally got a return authorization. I sent the phone back. 30 more bucks. Then they closed the return saying not shipped in 15 days which is bs. While there price are good. Customer service is terrible”

“First my parcel was lost in transit and late it was miraculously found the day it was being delivered then all electricals failed inside first time using it . They accepted it was a faulty product sent to me but then tell me to pay postage to send back which would be most of the cost of the item . Continuos stalling and going around in circles . This has been going on for nearly a month”

“Terrible customer service. Shipped my order to the wrong address over 100 km from my real shipping address and received by somebody after 1 month. Lost a lot of time for and money!”
