“I spent £175 on an RC car. It arrived way over the delivery time, 4 weeks in total, and when it did arrive, all the electrics were broken and wired up incorrectly. I feel like I'm constantly chasing up customer service, who keep saying that they will look into it within 48 hours! Totally useless. Never using them ever again.”

“Hi Banggood X-Tron arrived, the box it came in had a good few dents, I assembled the scooter all looked good but the front wheel did not turn at all and when I examined the front hub bearing has popped out and shattered the hob casting see attached picks, and ?? Banggood are you replacing the scooter ?? is there someone Ireland that could replace the front wheel what warranty is there ?? a very disappointed Banggood customer Eduard”

“Don't know where the items wasn'tsem Dont know where the Package is I normally ask them to leave a package by my front door Number 4 Is the package was left elsewhere it's more than likely has been stolen The flats where I live are not very safe The flats where I live are not very safe My flat door has its own entrance so there for 8 is very safe So if they have left the package on the floor and at the main entrance Then minr..fraid the package must have been tarn vgm”

“I wanted an open access DVD storage that could stack and still have easy access. Found what I thought was the right product and contacted their support team with my questions. They lied openly to me about the capabilities of the unit even after I clarified a second time with then. I ordered 6 units and when they came they niether fitted the DVD nor stacked or had easy access. After some very very painful communications they agreed to refund on 5 units and I didn't have to return, so, as I had no use for them as is, I disposed of them. Banggood then proceeded to challenge the refund in the 6th unit for some reason, even saying if I wanted a refund on the 6th I would, at my expense have to send back all 6. They ended up refunding about half the cost of the last unit so not too much out of pocket. In Summary, the product descriptions were not accurate, they absolutely lied to get my business, communicating with them was the most painful experience and there are better product resellers out there. I will avoid Banggood.”

“I had ordered from a European warehouse while the product was there, it was never shipped, I canceled the order and finally experienced it from China and while I used the points to get a discount as soon as I put them, the price increased and cost the same money again, I am very sorry !!!!”

“die Lieferzeiten und Lieferverfolgung ist absolut o. k. Leider ist der Artikel nicht das was ich mir Vorstelle. Das ist bereits der zweite Motor den ich in kurzer Zeit Bestelle. Bei beiden Motoren ist ein Kabel abgerissen. Die Verarbeitung könnte deutlich besser sein.”
