“even when you run out of stock you continue to accept orders and hold your customers funds in anticipation of future sales. the customer must then insist on a refund before you give one. with todays computers you know exactly when stock is exhausted and acceptance of orders should cease immediately and funds should not be accepted, very poor business practices created poor relationships for future trade.”

“On July 3rd 2021 I bought an e-bike (Ado A20) on Banggood. First of all, it took 12 days for the bike to arrive from a European Warehouse… turns out it was out of stock and I had to wait. There were no apologies or shipping updates from Banggood. Bad service! The bike finally arrived on July 15th and when I was assembling it, I saw that the seat was ripped, even though the box was ok. I immediately sent a message to Banggood reporting this. Banggood never provided a solution; instead, they requested photos and kept stalling… After that, I tried to ride the bike and the throttle was not working, even when I pedaled… So, the seat was not the only problem. This bike was definitely faulty. Once again, I sent a message to Banggood. Their answer was not good at all: they told me to contact the supplier… So Banggood sells products but if they are faulty, you have to solve the problems on your own… Terrible! I then opened a new return and replace ticket online and sent everything (video) as requested. Once again, Banggood kept stalling and never provided a return shipping label, or address… Since I bought this bike to take with me in my summer holidays and Banggood provided a faulty bike and bad customer service, I will be forced to request a full refund and return the bike. I already contacted PayPal in order to help me. So, I gave a second chance to Banggood, but once again they let me down. I guess this is goodbye for me! I was a good regular customer, I deserved to be treated with respect. Please be careful and avoid this store! There are plenty of other options online! Search for the one with good customer and after-sales service! UPDATE (28/07): Banggood still doesn't follow its own rules and policies. UPDATE (01/09): Banggood asked me to return the faulty ebike, but 3 weeks have passed and I still have no money and no bike! AVOID!!!”

“jeg bestilte varen til min adresse men måtte køre 10 km for at hente på et postudleverings sted jeg havde ellers kontakted banggood som forsikrede mig at de ville sørge for at de blev leveret hjemme hos mig så jeg giver ikke meget for deres kundeservice så nu må det fremover blive aliexpres jeg køber hos”

“Orders take a very long time to be delivered. @ of my orders have been sitting unprocessed for weeks now. Either ship or cancel these orders. GET ON WITH IT.”

“I never received the saws & Batteries I ordered and payed for, they sent 2 bloody saw chains in place of ordered items which are of no use with out the SAWS. asked to return, you can, but at your expense. would I shop with them again !, Never, with con men again”

“Banggood; delivery was good but they shipped a obviously and visibly defective watch (large metal pieces between crystal and watch face) and they are now reluctant to take a return. I sent them 4 pics and they now want a "video." Not sure what a video of a stationary item will tell them that 4 pictures will not. Run do not walk away from this company.”

“You need to allow "0" stars also for sellers like BANGGOOD. I ordered more items in more purchases from this scammers and they never arrived. They refunded money, but after more times repeated requests and two weeks after. Reason? There is! I ordered expensive and highly demanded products which price was raised by other sellers and this scammers simply did not send me my purchase. It is simple: I DID NOT BOUGHT ON THEIR SITE JUST BECAUSE I LIKE THEM. I PAYED THE LOWEST PRICE THAT SUITS ME. Instead to order and send it, they just postponed order for more than two months. I was waiting because I wasn't in rush and I also wanted to test them. THEY FAILED!”
