“Slecht product werk niet goed, batterij loop leeg na een paar uren zonder dat het watch gebruik wordt, watch band van hele Slecht kwaliteit ging gelijk kapot, watch app niet mogelijk te downloaden, het is schandalig dat dit product wordt aangeboden. Ik ben hierover zeer teleurgesteld in Bangood.”

“Fraud to Order! - On a paid and then canceled order with order number 110281196 (cancellation confirmed by Banggood), the goods was still shipped days later and the payment was simply withhelt, although there was never a legally valid purchase contract. Paypal's buyer protection doesn't feel responsible at first, the support team has only been using delaying tactics for the past 2.5 weeks. Goods sent (dangerous goods because the lithium-ion battery has more than 100 watt hours) came with a normal parcel service without any dangerous goods marking. Human lives are at risk here. Last but not least, the battery is also different from the description... I ordered twice from this fake shop: the first and the last time. Scammers I can only warn others about!!! Don't be fooled by any guarantee promises or that the support will help you if there are problems... It's all a lie !!!”

“If someone, somehow come across to the page of banggood.com, just pass by. I ordered an electric scooter (environment friendly) to drive to work and back, because of the small distance I have. All was fine, but only for 4 days. Then it won't start anymore. I write with customer support for about 2 months and there is no solution already. They are even stupid, or really don't want to solve the problem. The think is, that $#*!ty product cost me about 600€. The webpage is 1:1 like AliExpress.com, but who didn't ordered at least once from aliexpress? Even if you have some issues, there is certainly someone who is able and willing to help you. Well, not the same case with banggood. Of course my 1 star review was not uploaded on the product page. So all the people know everything is fine. I know: my webpage, my rules. But in that world are we living?”

“According to the tracking information the lamp has been delivered on 8th July but I haven't received any information of the delivery. “I purchased a LED Creative Astronaut Galaxy Projector Lamp Gypsophila Projection Starry Night Light for Children Home Decor for my granddaughter & we were excitedly looking forward to setting it up in her bedroom. Unfortunately, right out of the box, it did not work. I read the instructions carefully to make sure I had done everything correctly. I had. I contacted Banggood with the promise of a response within 24 hours. Over a week later, I have had to contact them again about getting a replacement. Still no response so far. I still want the item and from the reviews it looks good when it works, but am a bit disappointed in Banggood's lack of response. Hopefully they will contact me soon and resolve the issue.”

“they refuse to refund me for the return shipping of returned product. They agreed to refund me and I actually return shipped it cheaper than they expected. Now they only want to give me the COG so I'm out over $60 cause the went back on their word.”
