“Estou enviando um boleto PAGO que comprovou ser pago na compra que fiz com vocês e o que aconteceu vocês CANCELARAM minha compra .. Tive que fazer uma nova compra e já recebi essa compra. Então vocês receberam o valor da primeira compra. Vocês alegam que não receberam este valor. Agora tenho o comprovante em mãos que foi pago. Providenciem a devolução deste valor pago. ANEXO O BOLETO PAGO. TRANSLATING: I am sending a PAID slip that proved to be paid for the purchase I made with you and what happened you CANCELED my purchase. I had to make a new purchase and I already received that purchase. So you received the value of the first purchase. You claim that you did not receive this amount. Now I have the receipt in my hands that was paid. Provide the return of this amount paid. ATTACHED PAYMENT BILL.”
