“I have purchased several items through Banggood and have so far had nothing but excellent experience. Banggood offers a very diverse and interesting range of products, many not easily available elsewhere. Prices are often advantageous, most particularly because shipping costs are generally quite low. Other retailers may have similar prices on similar items, but then the shipping costs are much higher, of which I must take into account when figuring the real cost of the items. Banggood's shipping is in most cases much faster from China to Iceland than that of most other on-line retailers, even retailers that are located much closer to Iceland. So far, Banggood has made good on their estimated shipping times. Banggood's customer service has been helpful and responsive in the few instances where I have had to deal with it. I don't recall so far having had to return anything. I hope that the good service that I have had from Banggood will continue.”
