“Fast delivery and well packaged. Some difficulty for the computer to recognize HDMI connections from monitors but I am looking for software to overcome this issue. As for the other connections all flawless and working quite well.”

“Lo store è buono se si vuole risparmiare aualcosa in prodotti sia tecnologici come telefoni, tablet ed anche pezzi di elettronica come piccoli moduli per arduino o anche microcontrollori. Le zpedizioni non sono chi sa che veloci ma in 3 settimane si ha il prodotto a casa. A volte mi è capitato di ricevere un prodotto danneggiato, ma dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti post vendita (tramite app) ho fornito le informazioni che mi hanno richiesto e mi hanno fatto il rimborso. Io mi trovo bene, ve lo consiglio!!”

“Happy with banggood. Mostly quick delivery and no problems with products yet. I can't say anything about costumer service because I never contact them. However once I didn't given 5 star review to the product and Banggood hasn't published this review which it's not right. You have to publish all the reviews then reply to them when you are not happy with them”

“Banggood has made great progress in delevery time. Price are correct and refunds works alright. For Europe , returns are difficult and some packaging are a little light because of the weight of course but some item arrived damaging.”

“Order NO: 100395995, Kids Bike Seat Comfortable Mountain MTB Bike Seat Front Mounted Saddles Soft Baby Seat : when installing a child bicycle seat, a problem with the leg safety belt was discovered - the fastening ring was torn and it was impossible to fix the child's leg, which affects the safety of use of the seat, making it impossible to use it for its intended purpose. I ask you to replace and send a new strap for fixing the child's leg free of charge. Tnx!”

“It's a great vendor, if you have enough time to wait for the delivery and everything is OK. If you have issues with the product, it's hard to get support or refund. Keep in mind that you have to send an faulty product maybe back to China, which might by very expensive, depending on where you're living. Although I recommend to buy only products, that are in stock. The estimated shipping times are not really reliable. If these points are OK for you, you will have a nice shopping experience.”
