“I enjoy the delicious coffee “Santa’s White Christmas” and “Sweetheart Blend” but the delivery took much longer than normal. I hoped to receive the order placed on Dec 19, by Christmas, but the shipping time was almost 2 weeks. Also, can you offer “Sweetheart Blend” in decaf?”

“I selected the wrong item and contacted customer service right after I placed the order, but I got an automated email and no follow up, and still received the wrong item.”

“I love Barnie's Coffee and am so pleased they ship to England - it's like getting a gift from home when it arrives. However, when the international shipping label is filled out incorrectly, I always have to pay custom charges after already spending a fortune on the coffee and shipping to the UK. I order coffee from Honolulu and their coffee arrives without custom charges. I should not have to pay custom charges on coffee for personal consumption - whoever is filling out the form is not doing so correctly. Because of this I may not buy from Barnie's again. Shipping costs to the UK cost as much as, if not more, than the value of the coffee. To add $50 - $60 unnecessary costs on top of this does not enhance our experience. It holds up receipt of the coffee and I find it upsetting to have to pay the additional amount.”

“I got a great deal on Santa’s White Christmas Decaf. And I got free shipping! Two 10 oz. bags for $10.00. However, the delivery time was VERY slow. I received an e-mail asking me about my experience before I had the coffee.”

“My only complaint is that Barnies quite making the DECAF Holiday Blend coffee. I believe that most older Americans have reduced or eliminated their caffeine intake. I don't buy as much of it as I used to.”

“The website is fine, it is the prices. I can buy the same coffee at Publix for $2.00 less a bag and there's no wait or shipping cost. The only reason I buy now is because they don't have Pecan & Hazelnut...yet, but it's coming. Anyway, Barnie's is by far the best coffee on the market and I have been drinking it and having it in my home for over 14 years. thank you for the great coffee...lower your prices.”

“I love Barnie's Café Blend coffee, but this last order I received was not packaged right. My boxes were torn and quite a few of the K-Cups were pierced and several were crushed. I threw out more than half of my order and did not take pictures to send back to the company so I didn't receive any replacements.”

“i only rate barniescoffee.com as average because it turns out my order was somewhat wrong. i did not order decaffeinated coffee but that is what was delivered. i ordered it for my in-laws who said that was fine with them so i did not complain. if it were for me however, i would have.”

“Love Barnies coffee and have had it for years and years. I do miss them a lot at the malls! Always loved the mall stores. The only bad thing I have to say that it takes a long time to receive your coffee when you order online...maybe one day that will change. _”

“I have LOVED Barnies Coffee for more than 10 years but the value has changed a bit. I noticed the 15% off when you order by the case applies to the decaf price which is less expensive. I am NOT getting 15% off the regular coffee. I also noticed the bagged coffee is much cheaper in the grocery store. I think Barnie's should take better care if their loyal customers especially since their brick and mortar stores have disappeared.”
