“Slightly a little complicated. Looking for Santa's White Christmas all of the products I feel should have been in one place. Looking around the website I found that it was economically better to order the 3 bundle bags with the discount.”

“I enjoy the delicious coffee “Santa’s White Christmas” and “Sweetheart Blend” but the delivery took much longer than normal. I hoped to receive the order placed on Dec 19, by Christmas, but the shipping time was almost 2 weeks. Also, can you offer “Sweetheart Blend” in decaf?”

“I tried White Christmas from a drip coffee maker and LOVED it. I have a Keurig so I ordered the K-cups. The flavor isn’t near as strong as the bag coffee. I was disappointed but will not send it back.”

“I love the coffee. Problem is: I usually order the Barnie's White Christmas. I will receive e-mails with special offers, yet the item I normally would order is out of stock, or the shipping cost is half the cost of the product.”

“Ordered on the 12/17 and paid for FedEx shipping so package would arrive in time for Christmas. Vendor did not indicate any type of delay but now tracking shows delivery on 12/27. Poor communication/shipping description.”

“Love their Santa’s White Christmas coffee but their website is just awful. Hard to impossible to use reward points and checkout is often glitchy!”

“The product is good but the shipping took a long time; per the FedEx website it was in my city at the distribution center left my city and was delivered 5 days later. This is shipping issue is outside of Barnie's control but could be considered when looking at shipping options since freshness is a concern with coffee.”

“One coffee has been tasted and it's good, it just tears up our coffee grinder. The other coffee I tried to exchange for decaf before it shipped but that didn't seem to pan out.”

“Several attempts to login to my account and get a new password met with negative results. Could not get points for my purchases. Four times all failed even with new passwords provided”

“Website was very easy to navigate. Got a great deal with free shipping. I chose the overnight shipping which populated as free at checkout. I received an email four days later stating the free shipping was only valid for ground and not valid for the expedited shipping. I was told they would send me some free coffee for the trouble which was only two small samples. They said the free ground shipping was listed on their website but I never saw it. It was probably written in small print. They should have honored the overnight free shipping. Its not my fault the website screwed up! Also package arrived smashed in on one side and dented.”
