“I love Barnie's Café Blend coffee, but this last order I received was not packaged right. My boxes were torn and quite a few of the K-Cups were pierced and several were crushed. I threw out more than half of my order and did not take pictures to send back to the company so I didn't receive any replacements.”

“i only rate barniescoffee.com as average because it turns out my order was somewhat wrong. i did not order decaffeinated coffee but that is what was delivered. i ordered it for my in-laws who said that was fine with them so i did not complain. if it were for me however, i would have.”

“Love Barnies coffee and have had it for years and years. I do miss them a lot at the malls! Always loved the mall stores. The only bad thing I have to say that it takes a long time to receive your coffee when you order online...maybe one day that will change. _”

“I have LOVED Barnies Coffee for more than 10 years but the value has changed a bit. I noticed the 15% off when you order by the case applies to the decaf price which is less expensive. I am NOT getting 15% off the regular coffee. I also noticed the bagged coffee is much cheaper in the grocery store. I think Barnie's should take better care if their loyal customers especially since their brick and mortar stores have disappeared.”

“Your coffee is good but it tastes watered down. You need to make it stronger tasting. Not enough rich coffee taste. Sorry!”

“Website was very easy to navigate. Got a great deal with free shipping. I chose the overnight shipping which populated as free at checkout. I received an email four days later stating the free shipping was only valid for ground and not valid for the expedited shipping. I was told they would send me some free coffee for the trouble which was only two small samples. They said the free ground shipping was listed on their website but I never saw it. It was probably written in small print. They should have honored the overnight free shipping. Its not my fault the website screwed up! Also package arrived smashed in on one side and dented.”

“One coffee has been tasted and it's good, it just tears up our coffee grinder. The other coffee I tried to exchange for decaf before it shipped but that didn't seem to pan out.”

“I liked it better when you sold full pounds of beans and you could call to order. I used to get 6 pounds of beans a month from you. Now it seams you are mainly into flavored coffee and your prices have really gone up. I ordered the new pistacio flavor and was dissapointed in how long it took for the coffee to get here being only 2 states away. sorry to say that Ive been buying starbucks because its a lot easier to get.”

“I was a little frustrated by the ordering process. I tried to use a 20% discount coupon and it kept saying my order was ineligible for that discount. Not realizing my selection did not apply for the 20% was not clear from the email or website. That's when I reverted to the 15% discount for case orders (not easy to find that but I knew it existed). The free shipping promotion did apply and was easy. The coffee came in a few days.”
