“Good prices and sales, prompt shipping and a variety of great and interesting flavors. I’ve really enjoyed all but one of them. I was given a coffee burr grinder as a holiday gift but, since that time, Barnie’s has dramatically curtailed the varieties that they offer in whole bean form. That’s why I didn’t give a 5 Star rating. I hope that all the coffees will again be available in whole bean form.”

“I love Santa's white christmas what an amazing flavor. The cost when I am in the states is 7.99 a pkg, when shipped my total bill was 114.00 that makes them over 25.00 per pkg / should call it gold !!!”

“I ordered Barnies coffee when finding it online after trying it many years ago at a local coffee shop by the same name. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had my favorite blends “sweetheart blend” & “Santa’s white Christmas” The only thing that I was disappointed in was the strength of the coffee. I had to use twice as much coffee to get the same strength as the regular medium roasts that I use. The flavors are wonderful, I just wish they were a bit stronger.”

“I love Santa's White Christmas coffee and made an order for it this year. I love it so much we ordered several bags as gifts for work colleagues as well. Problem is, it never arrived. I've called and left messages and used the contact form online as well in order to have the bags resent to the right address, but to date, Barnie's hasn't followed up with either mode of contact. Hoping to hear from them soon, before Christmas passes. Great coffee...poor customer service...(REVIEW UPDATE) Shortly after posting this review, Barnie's reached out and corrected the order so that I could receive my coffee before Christmas. I appreciate their willingness to correct their communication delay. Thanks!”

“The coffee is ok. It has a little bit of a bite to it for me. I think I probably should’ve ordered something a little lighter like a breakfast blend of white Christmas. I’m a very mild person on coffee. But I was thinking it was the same that I had last year. Which I purchased from Dunkin’ Donuts. But it’s Going to make a great Christmas present for others.”

“I absolutely love Barnie’s coffee and have for many years when you had a coffee shop in Winter Park and all over the Orlando area. My one complaint now that I use K cups exclusively there are so few flavor choices and I have no choice but to buy other brands with more choices.”

“The coffee is great, customer service not so much. I had a problem with a shipment, contacted customer service & got an email back saying it might be 2-3 business days before they could respond. I waited from Sept 29 to Oct 8 and then sent another email to them. Still waiting for response on Oct 15.”

“I use to go to the location in a local mall for coffee. Locations became far a few. I went onto the site just to see what was there and found the “sweetheart coffee, use to only be available around valentines and gone, had to have it. Ive always considered the prices a bit high but, what we enjoy ofter cost a bit more. I do miss going to the mall and treating myself to an extra special coffee at Barnies’.”
