“I've just booked another holiday with Gill Wilkinson Newcastle branch . Always very helpful and very patient with me as I'm very indecisive. Had some great holidays not a bad one yet.”

“Conor from the Belfast Victoria Square branch was extremely efficient and helpful in booking our perfect holiday. He went above and beyond to get us an unbelievable price, all while being friendly, chatty and made the whole experience personal. He even rang to check up later that evening that we were 100% happy and had recieved our confirmation email. Great service, and I will definitely be booking through this agent from now on!!”

“We booked our holiday in the store at fort kinnaird Edinburgh and Natasha the girl who sold us our holiday could not have done enough for us. After booking our holiday we had to go back and make some changes to it. Nothing was a bother and she got everything sorted for us.”

“We were welcomed into the shop, our proposals listened to and then your agent searched for and found the perfect holiday for us in a resort which appears to be exactly what we want. The whole process was efficient without making us feel we were being rushed into a decision and your staff were friendly, approachable and competent.”

“Zoe Paterson in Glasgow has been very helpful and patient whilst we deliberated on which holiday to go for. Very attentive , friendly and knows her stuff. “Myself and my wife have been struggling to find somewhere different to go this year. We happened to be passing Barrhead Travel and decided to pop in. Really just for some brochures. Anyway a member of staff (Cat) started talking to us. To cut a long story short, she spent a long time with us, likes/dislikes etc. She came up with a great holiday package and an excellent price. Great service.”

“i was unhappy with information i got from one of the stores. i then contacted barrhead travel via twitter and such a wonderful helpful lady by the name of katie came to my rescue like a guardian angel. the information she managed to give me in such a short time blew me away. i was so worried regardin hidden charges and transport upon arrival at my destination....after speaking to katie i was no longer worried. i cant thank her enough from bottom of my heart....it may be just a job to most but to me she was outstanding and nothing was too much to answer as she had all the answers to give. thank you katie.”

“Been to Barrhead in Glenrothes before and had excellent service with no hiccups at all on our prevIous cruise holiday out of Barcelona. Our next cruise has been booked by Louise, with a bit of help from Barry, and a further one booked by Louise herself. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Price was very competitive.”

“This is our second cruise we came back because our consultant who's name is Lynn from the East Kilbride shop booked our first cruise and it went down very good with no hiccups if this one goes okay we will go back to Lynn and book again i would also recommend my friends who are asking me what the cruises are so who knows”
