“Went into Barrhead travel in Southampton. A lady called Abi didn't a gentleman called Chesney, did every thing they could to get me a wonderful cruise for a group of 13. I would recommend them over and over again. Wonderful service.”

“Barry Hancock was a pleasure to deal with had all the patience of a saint with myself and my husband , we came in to book a last minute knew we wanted Tenerife but struggled to get seats together but Barry was 5 star he pulled out all the stops and got us sorted, he is a credit to barrhead, husband and I are still on holiday and so far so good”

“I went to your Falkirk store for advice on a family holiday to Corfu. Audrey Wilson couldn’t have been more helpful and found the ideal base for our very varied needs. When Thomas Cook subsequently cancelled our return flight, Audrey then managed to rearrange our holiday so we could still have our 10 night stay in the resort of our choice- superb customer service can’t recommend her highly enough!”

“Stumbled into your belfast store after seeing your window advert for a cruise. We don’t normally use Travel Agents, as I normally do everything myself. We were seen by Kieran who was fantastic took his time with us, he asked and answered our questions and helped us choose 2 separate holidays based on his recommendations and insights. We were happy with the insight & knowledge that Kieran posessed and were very pleased we went into the store.”
