“I booked my long-haul holiday to the USA and Mexico with the Leicester team. Sarah Cook was amazing and nothing was too much effort for her or her team. Extremely professional team, everything was perfect! Sarah listened to all my holiday desires and was so lovely and patient. She took everything into consideration-I could not have asked for a better company to book with! The standard of all the hotels and transportation was wonderful! We will definitely be booking more magical holidays with Barrhead again and again! A huge thank you again, they definitely made our family holiday Unforgettable and amazing!”

“We used Barrhead travel for our Canadian Adventure our consultant was Scott Mcmillan (Glasgow Office) I believe, nothing was to much to, had a question or not understood something - ask and you got the answer, nothing was to trivial.. It could not have been better, it was perfect. Stand up Scott take a bow. What ever our next adventure will be done via Barrhead travel.”

“I went on a pilgrimage to Lourdes with Barrhead Travel, Clydebank. This was my fourth time with them. Everything was brilliantly organised from we left Edinburgh. I cannot thank Anthony and Melanie enough for their care and attention throughout our holiday. They were with us the whole week, making sure everyone was happy. The hotel, Astoria Vatican has great staff and great food. I will be back.”

“Craig Cherrie at Cameron Toll total gem. I had no idea where I wanted to go on holiday he was exceptionally patient and looked at lots of holidays for me, I have booked with your company before and he is the reason I go back. This agent deserves a huge pat on the back just wish there were more people like him. As a result of the effort and time Craig gave I booked my holiday with him and going forward will use your company in the future. Thanks Craig for being a star.”

“Have dealt with St James Centre, Edinburgh and now Hanover Street when centre closed for years. Have already booked 2 trips for this year and another for next year. The lady we deal with is 1st class and we can’t speak highly enough about her knowledge/expertise and helpfulness - she is a treasure.”

“I've used Barrhead to book 4 holidays now and each time I found the agent was very helpful. In particular Emma in Hamilton, who answered my emails promptly, researching and providing me with several viable alternatives, some insider tips, local knowledge, and other useful information. When our plans had to change she phoned back with suggestions, tweak prices and dates, compare costings by alternative providers, and generally simplified the booking process. She certainly did her very best to tailor the holiday as Barrhead's website states. I was delighted with the friendly and professional service offered and will certainly be back to the Hamilton branch in future.”

“I have booked a cruise, using Barrhead for the first time after seeing an advert in our local newspaper. Never having booked a holiday by telephone before I was quite nervous. However my contact at Aberdeen was LISA who put me at ease with her very friendly and easy way of communicating, and within minutes the holiday was fixed. The follow up on the internet a few days later was also easy to understand.”

“We have always booked with barrhead travel at the gyle shopping centre Edinburgh, staff are always very helpful just booked again and a lovely young man arranged my break for me nothing too much trouble and found exactly what I was looking for. Will always book with Barrhead.”

“I booked at the irvine store and dealt with ross he was really great we were there 2 hours booking us a once in a life time trip to canada and Alaska and poor ross had to book all bits of the trip and marry up dates with the boat he was really great told me step by step what he was doing highly recommend dealing with ross”

“My wife and myself visited the Newcastle a Eldon Square branch ,our representative was Ged Lewis. We were treated in a very professional manner, without Ged we probably wouldn’t have booked, he really went the extra mile . Thanks a lot”
