“I wrote the review here, and a while later, got an email saying they have refunded the cost and provided a free shipping return label, so I have increased my rating to reflect the better service. "The band is okay but too bulky for me. I tried to return it and the website is setup to make it very difficult. They attempt to "force" an exchange instead, and don't reveal how much the charge is for returning."”

We’d like to find a solution for you. We will never "force" you to exchange your band if you want a refund. We happily refund any purchase if you are not 100% satisfied. There is also no charge to return a band if you reside in the United States. We'll send you a prepaid returns label and the postage is on us! “I got a nato strap and a leather strap for my Hamilton Field watch. They both came quickly and look pretty good. The leather is pretty nice, looks good. My only gripe would be the leather band already has a crease on it when it arrived. Not a big deal, just a minor thing.”

“Time will tell on quality and durability. I have only recently purchased from Barton. They have a great selection of bands. Unfortunately I had to return the first one I ordered. It did not work well as a replacement for my watch. Barton was very responsive to address my return. I purchased a second band that will work much better.”
