“The band broke very quickly after using it not too long. You guys sent me a new one after I just sent an email asking for it to be resolved—I didn’t necessarily specify that I wanted a new one so seemed a bit funny. If the new one breaks quickly again I’ll assume your products are super low quality.”

“Received the two watch bands in a timely manner however, I intended to order just one. Your website continually pushes to purchase more products than the consumer wishes to buy. The checkout process became very confusing. And after I realized I bought two identical watch bands I tried to get into the ‘cart’ to cancel the one band only to find a “thank you for your order.” Try to revise the check out policy.”

“I was unable to collect the package as I was away from home for two weeks when the band arrived. As a result, the Croatian Post returned it to you. If you could kindly resend it, I will be happy to write a proper review upon receiving it. Thank you for your understanding.”

“Quick release didn't work. Repeated tries ripped the leather bend. This was my third purchase. Really disappointed this time. I think you lost a repeat customer. Update - Josh reached out and has offered to replace the band. I'm planning on remaining with Barton given this high level of customer support.”

“I’m not happy about my purchase and will be most likely not recommending Barton to anyone let alone making another purchase ever again. The band I got was slightly different than what was pictured, the pictures looked much better and matched my new moonwatch, whereas what I got had a different colored buckle, and a much thinner looking canvas band. I ended up finding what I wanted on Amazon instead.”

“The watchband seems to be very well manufactured. Unfortunately your product doesn’t fit my Moonswatch since the watch band is not wide enought (it lacks a couple of millimeters). So, all in all, I can’t say I am satisfied. Best regards Jan Schmidt janne.schmidt01@gmail.com”

“Ahh actually I’m in the middle of trying to return it as it is very narrow and looks a bit funny on the ultra. I would not recommend this particular and for any of the Ultras . JMO”

“Nothing revolutionary, not overly impressed. Band is more narrow in width than I think it should be. Metal Buckle and hardware seem to be low quality. Only positive is length of band is great.”
