“I ordered the wrong size band. When I received the 18mm band and found that it was too narrow, I emailed a request for an exchange for a 20mm band. In just a few days, the replacement for band arrived. Thanks so much for your prompt response. Sincerely, Edwin Thiele, Capt, American Airlines, ret”

“Very pleased with everything: Service, price, and quality. I initially measured incorrectly, and a replacement was in shipping process within 3 hrs of notifying Barton of my mistake- No strings attached- No waiting for original band to be returned, and no 2nd billing to be credited back upon receipt of original band . . . Just prompt cheerful service.”
