“I contacted Barton because a canvas watch band I purchased faded, and the loops began deteriorating, after washing in accordance with the company's website. My intent was to let them know of the problem so that it might be addressed for quality improvement purposes. The representative who quickly responded was most gracious and offered to replace the band. Such uncomplicated customer support, a precious commodity in today's market, is most appreciated. I have been a Barton Watch Band fan since my first purchase and will unequivocally continue to be one.”

“Unfortunately what appeared to be the same size strap didn't have a large enough lug. Having fitted the strap in motion the strap came off and the watch smashed on the tiled floor! a 22mm strap requires a larger lug! Within 3 hours I received a full refund, as they say 'judge' someone when things don't go to plan not when they are taking your order”

“Awesome watch band. I was surprised to see it came with two lengths of band which was good cuz my wrist is very small. And the little sliding latch to install it is just the coolest invention. I think I might have to buy some more.”
