“I owned several Barton Watch Bands and recently the locking strap keeper tore. I contacted customer service, received prompt feedback and was sent a completely new watch band. I will always be a Barton customer.”

“I have bought a couple of watch bands from Bartons over the years. This one I love and is the 2nd time I have purchased it. It's comfortable and great quality. I am a happy return customer and I'm sure I'll be back in a few years when it needs to be replaced.”

“My strap took a while to arrive, but that’s because I live in Australia. I got it a couple of days ago and had the leather strap which came with my Citizen watch removed and the new Barton strap put on. It looks great and feels really comfortable. It’s canvas, which I think is perfect for the humid and hot climate we have here. I’m really happy with it so far.”

“This review is a real one. Please read. Initially purchased 20mm alligator band from the Barton group; shortly after receiving, realized it was the wrong size. I reached out to the customer service multiple times and didn't get a response. I honestly thought money down the drain and poor customer service. So I reached out on social media (instagram) and the online team was remarkable. In short, they responded via my emails but somehow got lost in my spam folder (always be sure to check them from time to time lol) and issued me a full return and sent me a shipping label on the spot. Barton truly is good service, great quality and worth trying.”
