“Ordered a size too small then re-ordered a larger size which arrived with some flaws. Steve was very helpful if helping me to expedite the return of the 'too-small' pair and the disposal of the pair with defects. He also organised a fresh replacement for the flawed shoes and these are now being worn with much comfort. The whole process was smooth and Steve was very considerate and helpful throughout. Overall, he went above and beyond, in terms of customer service. Thank you.”

“Ordered these shoes to go with my kilt for a wedding, unfortunately I was sent the wrong colour, (correct colour on the box, wrong colour shoes inside,) as we were travelling down south 2 days later I was a little panicked. Contacted Base London, advised the current situation, they promised to fix this for me, they had my shoes with me in plenty of time & gave me a follow up call to ensure all was ok. Top marks!”
