“As I havent been able to collect from local Post Office due to the sheer number of people using the facility. I was emailed by DPD it would be returned but havent received any confirmation of this,. Question is :- is it still at local Post Office or at DPD or returned to yourselves ?”

“The shoes I order from this company have been consistently well made and quality. They last over a year (other brands last less than) and their styling will always keep me coming back as a customer. As I am ordering these shoes from Canada, my only gripe is that when I receive the shoes, the are not free from minor a scuff or mark even though the packaging is pristine leaving me slightly disappointed. This has occurred with the last 2 shoes I've ordered. Nonetheless, happy with the brand and shoes overall. 4.5 rating out of 5. Thanks.”

“I am impressed with Base and their customer support. When my Base boots were stolen in a vehicle break-in, I reached out to see if they could offer any kind of incentive to help replace them. Although their response was not immediate, they did come through with a 15% discount, which I appreciated. In a world where many companies often turn a blind eye to such requests, Base showed empathy, something that is often lacking these days. I will be a returning customer.”
