“Once I have to return a pair of shoes it was so easy customer service is in next level of satisfaction it was my mistake nothing to do with quality of the product any I am a chauffeur and work for high end clients and my dressing is very important and shoes from Base London complete my dressing”

“This ia the 3rd pair of chukka boots Nolan from Baae and I wouldn't choose wany other brand did these great boots which look great for formal and smart casual wear . They are city style so not designed for country rambles '”

“Usually I wear size 9, so ordered same but was a bit tight. I a got a bigger size 10 and fits well. Return and refund was very prompt. Very happy with base London service.”

“I've had Base London Shoes a few times before and they are really comfortable. I can only guess the factory has been changed to cut costs. Still, I won't bother next time, probably go back to Next for basic work shoes.”
