“Despite item not being in stock, I was promised an update within 3 working days. Update was received as promised to say item was being dispatched by DPD and would arrive following day. All fulfilled as promised, very pleased with honesty and professionalism of this company. Also would add that the price I paid was exceedingly good value and I could have paid ?50 or more with another supplier.”

“I ordered a Honeywell wireless room thermostat from them - best price I found on the web. Unfortunately it turned out to be faulty (the relay in the base unit in fact). I spoke to Ronnie at bathrooms and showers who was very helpful and arranged for a new one to be dispatched immediately. Hopefully this one will work out ok.”

“The toilet and seat arrived as scheduled but the pan was damaged although not in transit. A new pan was delivered and is perfect. Customer services have been helpful thoughout and I'm satified with the outcome. I don't think you can beat the prices offered so good result.”
