“Best price I could find on the bathroom tap I wanted and delivery was incredibly fast with the product exactly as described. In the end I didn't need the tap so returned it for a refund which was dealt with very efficiently. Overall really impressed and will use again.”

“Excellent service and delivery within 24 hrs. I rang the customer care team and spoke to someone regarding two similar duravit products. It seems that unlike most online retailers that I have used BSD actually DO HAVE PHYSICAL STOCK when their site says 'in stock'. They might not have the all brands of some suppliers but if they have what you want then I'd recommend them above others.”

“I asked a question about the correct product, I had a reply back within minutes requesting me to take photos. Only an hour or so later Afia had obviously contacted the manufacturer as she confirmed the correct part , and told me that my current fitting was "badly adjusted" which probably explained its failure. Ordered the part and it was delivered within 2 working days , brilliant.”
