“Ordered a dual flush low level cistern came within two days great for the delivery. Only one big issue the box was huge. Understandable. Four times the size of the cistern with sooo much foam insulation packaging it’s hard for me to dispose of. Can understand about damage to the part but this was too much and I still can’t get rid of it.”

We are always trying to find a suitable environmentally friendly alternative to the foam we use however this isn't as easy as we would like if we want to offer the same protection that the foam offers.
