“Item I ordered wasn't in stock but they contacted me straight away to let me know, and gave me the option to cancel or wait. Item actually arrived early so can't really fault them at all.”

“I had a small hiccup at my end and wasn't sure if my order had gone through. Spoke to Jasmine who sorted it up quickly and efficiently. The Salamander shower pump arrived within 2 days to rural Cumbria. Pump fitted and works well. It pushes out 5 litres a minute more that my old pump and is much quieter. At around ?150 for pump and delivery coupled with a two year guarantee, I can only repeat that this is excellent product and that BASD are excellent. My 1.5 bar pump copes with two separate mixer showers simultaneously and still gives a reasonable flow rate. For single shower use it is brilliant. Alex.”

“I bought a Bristan Quest basin mixer tap and bath taps and very happy with the price. Cost me ?83 incl delivery whereas Homebase were going to charge me ?230 for the same items! Its a no brainer to me Taps are great quality and set the bahroom off Delivered promptly so i would def recommend Bathrooms and Showers Direct”
