“I've been trawling the internet for a particular brand of toilet, as a non-plumbing-specialist I just needed to buy the loo for the building company to fit. Refreshingly at Bathrooms & Showers they sold the complete loo, because who knew, that on most sites you buy it in separate bits... Even though they show you a photo of the whole loo... Anyway long story short, hugely appreciative of the approach this company takes to helping us not in the know.... And delivery times have been amazing considering the circumstances. Thanks and would definitely recommend.”

“With the amount of different Ideal Standard toilets available, when the seat of mine cracked, I had no idea where to start to find the right replacement seat. I rang BSD and asked their advice and after emailing them photos of the toilet, they advised which seat and part number was required. I ordered 2, as they were half the price of IS. When they arrived, they were both damaged and had pieces out of them, which I reported. Without any problem or hesitation, they sent two new seats out and said to discard the broken ones. I thought I'd have the nightmare of packaging them up and returning them, with Proof of postage etc so I am very impressed with the customer service and experience and would definitely use BSD again for bathroom items.”

“I ordered my item and it was booked for delivery the next day. Unfortunately when it arrived (well packed) part of it was broken. I contacted them via email at 00:30 on 02/08 and by 12:09 I received confirmation from them and the courier that a replacement item would be delivered to me the next day. Customer service is not just about getting it right but how things are handled when they go wrong. I can say that they seem to have this right on price communication and service. Third time I have used them and I will be back again.”
