“Needed 2 new toilet seats, delivered within a day, excellent service, only trouble was that the fixing that the seat attaches to wasn?t in the fixing kit bag- Duravit?s fault not Bathroom & showers direct. Phoned Duravit & they sent the required amount FOC, but be warned if purchasing a Duravit seat.”

“I had previously ordered from Bathrooms and Showers Direct and had been impressed with their prices and speed of delivery. This time I needed a new toilet seat from the Ideal Standard White range. Bathrooms and Showers Direct's pricing was very good so I ordered from them again. Unfortunately this time, the toilet was damaged in transit by the carrier. It looked like the package had been dropped. I contacted Bathrooms and Showers Direct and they arranged for an immediate replacement free of charge. No hassle at all - excellent customer service. Will definitely order from Bathrooms and Showers Direct again. Highly recommended.”
