“Very fast service and quick email response. Lovely sink, good price. The sink came packed with crumbling expanded polystyrene which went everywhere and is an environmental disaster. Had a constructive email exchange with Becky who was very accepting of the issue. They are working to change their packaging.”

“I ordered a new toilet cistern, due to it not being in stock and I?m sure the COVID 19 situation the the wrong one was delivered. I contacted BASD and have nothing but praise for their Customer Service Department. They dealt with the situation extremely quickly and the correct cistern was delivered the following day. I would use this company again and wholeheartedly recommend them.”
