“Bought a Salamander Pump from them. Delivered next day but left with a neighbour, Checking with bathrooms and showers direct they replied to my email by return telling me which neighbour, time of delivery and signature, Good service.”

“The item I wanted was cheapest from this company. The courier company made a right hash of the delivery but Bathrooms and Showers Direct responded really well and helped sort the problem out. I got to deal directly with an individual rather than a call centre which meant they took my problem seriously and did everything possible to sort it out.”

“I needed a replacement toilet quickly after my fitter dropped the new one. I was helped on the online chat and Zoe watched the order come into make sure the would be despatched by lunchtime. The order arrived the next morning. From when I found out about the accident to having the new toilet was less than 24 hours. Good product price and ?9.99 for delivery was amazing.”
