Good Morning Philip, I am sorry to see that you felt the need to leave us a one star service review because the seat didn't fit your pan. Armitage Shanks do many toilet seats and had you reached out to us before ordering, we would have been able to advise which toilet seat would fit. I have also been unable to find any contact from you after the seat was delivered. We can identify most toilet seats with photos of the toilet pan. Unlike many companies, if the seat has not been fitted and the hinge pack not opened, we will accept the seat back from you. If you are in a position to return the seat, please let us know.
