“I received my toilet pan very quick and it was packed very well. The quality is excellent and the price was very reasonable, I fact the best price I could find. Fully recommended.”

“I received the incorrect item at first however after speaking with Afia in customer services, within 2 hours after contacting her she managed to arrange next day delivery for the correct item and also arranged collection for the incorrect item. All was sorted in rapid time. Very very impressed with her customer service and timely response. A* for Afia! Thank you!”

“I accidentally broke a toilet seat while cleaning it so needed a replacement. As I am renting my flat I was required to replace like for like. After searching high and low; I tried Amazon, Ebay, BNQ, Homebase etc, my wife eventually came across Bathrooms And Showers Direct. I'd never heard of them before but they sold the exact seat and lid we needed. When it arrived I opened it to discover a very small chip in the seat. So I emailed them to inform them of this. They were very apologetic and promised to courier out a replacement. 2 days later the replacement arrived and they even collected the old one to. I did pay a lot more than I wanted to pay but had I bought anything else other than this brand (Ideal Standard) I'd have risked losing a significant deposit. A lot of Landlords use this brand for it's quality and durability and you can only buy it from one or two places. So, I'd highly recommend Bathrooms And Showers Direct.”

“I was unsure about the part and was using live chat where the very helpful staff member (Stephanie) talked me through it and assured me the delivery would be as requested. “Sadly, I didn't receive my order but this was only because the taps were not in stock and couldn't be supplied until a time after my bathroom fitted was booked to do the job of fitting the taps. Bathrooms and Showers Direct contacted me immediately when they realised there could be a problem, a lovely Customer Service Advisor, Afia Kayani, emailed me and set out in detail what was happening so that I could make an informed choice. So even though I didn't receive an order, the communication and subsequent refund has been undertaken beautifully by Afia. I will certainly use this company again after receiving such excellent Customer Service and so award them 5 out of 5.”
