“We need a replacement tap for our bathroom sink. It must be exactly the same as the one we currently have to make fitting easy. I found three online sources with similar prices but choose BASD because of their stunning customer sat rating and the bad ratings for the other two. I soon found out why. The day after ordering I received an email saying it was out of stock so would not be shipped immediately and offering a refund if this was a problem. It was not, so we waited and it arrived yesterday just a week after ordering and 3 days inside the 10 days quoted when I placed the order. It's well packed and the exact model we need and was delivered by DPD within the hour they gave us early on the day. I'll be installing it in the new year. Top marks for communication. I will definitely be using BASD again.”

“This Company went out of their way to get my order out quick. The Original Order got lost by DPD, I contacted Bathrooms and Showers , chasing it , as it had not been delivered on the day promised. As dpd could not give them an immediate answer , they decided to send me out another order , which arrived next day So superb service from them”
