“Very fast service and quick email response. Lovely sink, good price. The sink came packed with crumbling expanded polystyrene which went everywhere and is an environmental disaster. Had a constructive email exchange with Becky who was very accepting of the issue. They are working to change their packaging.”

“I have used 'Bathrooms and Showers Direct' before and I continue to use them due to the quality products, great service and very good prices. I ordered some shower parts with a 10 day delivery timeline and within 2 days I had been contacted saying they were not in stock but they would be delivered within the delivery timeline. A couple of days later I was contacted again and told they were out for delivery the next day. So basically the parts were delivered within 5 days even though they were not in stock and I had been contacted twice. What more can you ask? Needless to say I will be using them again!”

“Excellent service and delivery within 24 hrs. I rang the customer care team and spoke to someone regarding two similar duravit products. It seems that unlike most online retailers that I have used BSD actually DO HAVE PHYSICAL STOCK when their site says 'in stock'. They might not have the all brands of some suppliers but if they have what you want then I'd recommend them above others.”

“I purchased a low level cistern and pan everything arrived well packaged and on time the cistern came with all internals except the wall plugs and screws to assist the brackets to hold the cistern on the wall if I could I would give 4.5 stars out of 5”
