“Gerberit toilet seat replacement for Twyford toilet. Soft close. Delivered next day as promised. Same type as original seat. Easy to fit. Very good prices compared to other outlets. I will certainly use again in the future.”

“I have bought two Roca taps, one for the handwash basin and the other one for the bidet. The taps are very good and I consider they are excellent value for money. The service offered was excellent - I had asked the seller to keep me posted regarding the shipping and they have constantly updated me on this until the moment I have received the products. I was positively suprised by this and I highly recommend this seller!”

“I have given a five star award because I don't know of anything that has been a problem. I've bought so many bathroom related items recently from 5 or 6 different suppliers and don't remember what I have bought from whom. When being asked for a review it would be useful to know what I had bought, to enable me to rate it.”

“Really misleading website. Delivery stated “next day’ but the print next to that sentence indicated something very different and delivery was actually more than a week. I wouldn’t choose them again.”

We advise the lead time on each product page and confirmed this on your order confirmation, which in your case was 10 working days. Once the goods arrive with us, we despatch them on a next day delivery. We do advise of our delivery terms on the site and it does confirm that next day is only available on products that state despatch within 1 or 2 days. I am sorry that you missed this. I can see your order was delivered on the 5th working day, well within the 10 days advised. “Very pleased with the service from B & SD. My older Toilet seat needed replacing and the internet was showing nothing in the size needed. Came across B & SD website, and they responded to me asking for photo to make sure of the toilet model. Very soon they identified the model and seat required. All very impressive with the speed of their responses. Delivery was completed in two days and easy fitting made the job a breeze. Such a relief after initial thoughts of needing to get a new toilet !”

“Goods arrived damaged, poorly packaged and clearly had been sent out to another customer and returned. Box which the goods were in was very tatty and distressed and appeared to have been mishandled within the warehouse. Obviously, the goods had not been inspected and repackaged on their return. Company’s quality control procedure in need of scrutiny and possible amendments. However, written complaint was handled extremely well, very speedily with an amicable resolution to my complaint. Despite the unfortunate incident I would recommend the company to prospective customers. Brian Wilson”
