“With everyone currently buying items through the Internet I have found some organization's really struggle with customer service - Not this company, they are absolutely fantastic and will be my Go To Place from now on. Customer Service is just superb and delivery couldn't have been quicker with superb packaging also. FYI - I hardly ever leave reviews unless it is well deserved and these guys deserve recognition for making the customer feel valued. Thank you Becky and Afia you are a real credit to your organisation.”

“A toilet seat was delivered wit the wrong fitting. I emailed them on Friday evening with photos of all the fittings and a request to send replacements. It is now Thursday evening and I have had no response. Very poor customer service!”

Good morning Gwyneth, I can see that you had a live chat with Afia who then emailed you on the 25th November to advise that Duravit would send a replacemebt fittings pack directly to you. I was even able to speak with a knowledgeable member of the team who gave me advice in choosing the most suitable tap for the size of the basin I had selected. The delivery went like clockwork, I was kept up to date with the delivery details and when the package arrived it could not have been better protected.
