“I ordered a toilet seat which was delivered well wrapped. On unpacking I found there was a fault on the seat cover. Emailed the company and received a email back within a hour which informed me that a new seat would be with me within two days and to dispose of the faulty seat. Would absolutely recommend this company. First class customer service.”

“It was my first order with this company, but it was a smooth and very satisfactory experience. The range of products was good and I was quickly able to find the shower valve item I was looking for, and at a very competitive price. The website was easy to navigate and the process for placement of my order was swift and efficient. I was offered the opportunity to create and account, which allows order progress tracking and also benefits by granting loyalty points for any future orders. Customer services communication was particularly good. The item I ordered was being shipped directly from the manufacturer and when there was a slightly longer than expected delay in the OEM shipment date I was immediately notified by customer services and given the option to cancel the order should this be a problem to me. I replied that it would not be a problem and the item was received, just as expected, the following week. I can thoroughly recommend this retailer and would have no hesitation in using them again. “Despite item not being in stock, I was promised an update within 3 working days. Update was received as promised to say item was being dispatched by DPD and would arrive following day. All fulfilled as promised, very pleased with honesty and professionalism of this company. Also would add that the price I paid was exceedingly good value and I could have paid ?50 or more with another supplier.”

“Bought a replacement Duravit soft close toilet seat. Best price I could find on the internet, very clear product details provided on the website which helped me ensure I was purchasing the correct item. Postage charge was reasonable and the product arrived promptly and well packed. I have not used this company before but will not hesitate to use again.
