“Order still never arrived. Company dont reply to emails, phone calls on hold for an hour each time and gave up. Facebook message ignored. 250 pound I paid for nothing. I will be claiming through my card provider as soon as banks open up. Avoid using”

“When I ordered the guitar I was in 2minds about the delivery. Firstly the courier. You only find that out when you've ordered it. Thankfully Bax use a reputable courier. Secondly after they went into receivership last year I thought that was it. Then they started up again. I sent a message and got a reply that they were back in business. I still wasn't convinced. Anyway the resonator guitar that I eventually bought was on my watch list since early last year. The price was right the stars aligned and I bought it. The guitar is a bargain price and with the free postage what's not to like. Thank You BAX music for your service.🎸👍🇬🇧”

“While I'm very happy with bax product the delivery was disastrous, no email to say when it was coming and it was left behind next doors car?! My neighbour went out and the parcel was completely exposed to the public, thankfully it was still there when I got home. So please change your courier service Parcel force.”

“I placed my order two weeks ago and as yet it has not arrived. I am concerned as Christmas is approaching fast and I have had no news whatsoever as to where my order is currently. Though I have tracking information, the courier has not received the parcel yet. What is happening?”

“Bought a dj mixer and was given the option to choose a delivery date. Website stated that if I ordered before 10pm that day it would be sent 24hr delivery. Over a week later and tracking message still states "the sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail" Got through to Bax customee service after a long wait on the phone only to be advised they are waiting for the courier to collect the parcel. Phoned again next day as nothing had changed on the tracking. Another long wait to speak to advisor. Same answer given by advisor. I asked for a manager to contact me about this I had also sent an email at the same time as the first phone callwhich the advisor stated they had not even opened. I have not had any contact from a manager yet in order to resolve this issue. I doubt they are going to do anything other than wait for the parcel to be collected. I got the mixer at a decent price in the Black Friday sale so don't really want to cancel it but may have to. I don't know how this company survives with this level of customer support. I will not buy from them again. Just be warned.”

“I use hauptwerk to play pipe organ samples on my two manual Roland Atelier at80r. I required an extra keyboard for the swell, when using a three manual sample set consisting of Choir Great and Swell. The Devine EX-Creator key XL usb/midi keyboard fitted the bill perfectly, as it is just the right size, key action is just right for my intended usage and connection to hauptwerk was instantaneous. Very pleased to recommend the instrument, at least for what I required it for.”
