It’s said for a week my item has been dispatched but Parcelforce have said there been nothing received their end… I’ve sent three emails to Bax and had no response

Hi there we ordered a lightweight keyboard for our children to practice before their next piano lesson. We ordered the keyboard on a Thursday and paid £9.99 for it to be delivered next day, or by Saturday it said, and it came the following Tuesday! The keyboard is fabulous the kids use it every day but the service could be better.

First I did not know I was charged £5.95 for postage and packing until I finished with payment. I went on customer service to cancel, I did this 5 times and they did not answer, they just sent the items. I thought it was free P&P your help and customer services are a Joke

Almost two weeks and still no sign of my delivery. Stuck in a DX depot. Maybe good in the Netherlands but avoid in the UK. Just look at the other reviews. I hope they will fix this soon!

8 days later, still no order. Even if it were to arrive tomorrow I would still be annoyed, just shocking!

Great price, great service but the delivery was 5 days after stated. I have constantly changed my plans to be at home and was constantly disappointed with very little information

Bax have sent me a request to post a review. 8 working days after placing the order (in stock 3 day delivery stated, also see below) I am still waiting to get it. According to parcelforce it’s been sitting in their delivery hub 1.1 miles (google maps) from my home since Tuesday night. It’s now Thursday… annnoying having to rearrange 3 days in a row to be in to receive the order, with Tuesday being the chosen delivery date, which was the day after the earliest one on offer. A recent previous experience with parcelforce is the same as my current 3 day wait, so my small sample size is they are 100% very late. Hope to get my item soon.

When the guitar wasn’t delivered I rang bax, and I got through for them to say there was a delay and to call back in two days, so I called back when they said but I couldn’t get through. I checked with parcel force, and it was a 10 day delay before it arrived. I found it very frustrating, and bax need to communicate to their customers more and get more staff to answer the phone! Difficult but not impossible!

5 Stars for the Innox PB 50W Piano Bench. Excellent quality and vrey good price. 2 Stars for delivery time and customer service. Their website says 2 to 3 days delivery time and it took a 9 days. When I contacted customer service I didn't get a reply.

Seven days later and I still haven't received my item after being told it was on its way.....I suppose it's more a case of bad service from Parcelforce but I asked Bax about the hold up four days ago and heard nothing...something I've got used to dealing with them....😩

It’s now well past the delivery date and no items. Told actually shipped from overseas but this should not affected delivery date.

The service on this occasion was not up to scratch. We ordered cables that were needed by a specific date. We ordered and paid the additional £9.95 for the courier delivery. This didn’t happen. 2 days after the order the items still hadn’t been dispatched. This caused us great inconvenience and we had to hire the cables locally. What is the point of offering this service if you cannot honour it? In the end we were refunded the courier fee, but nothing else for the additional cost to us of hiring or for the inconvenience. Sadly we need a reliable company to deal with. BAX aren’t that company.

My order arrived damaged and the correspondence has been very slow far. Shame. I really like Bax but this poor service has put me off ordering more products from you

I am disappointed with this purchase and will be returning the product. The delivery was late. I was expecting it to arrive on Wednesday and was notified of a failed delivery attempt on Friday, despite me being home all day. I needed the upighter for a party on Saturday and ended up having to collect it from Parcel force depot myself on Saturday morning., despite having paid for delivery. The uplighter was quick to charge (3 hours as described) but the battery only lasted 4.5 hours which was very disappointing and not what I was expecting as it is advertised as lasting up to 25 hours.

"Order now receive on Tuesday" - Yeah right.... To fast to blame the courier service. Don't promise what you can't deliver. Parcel force are shocking! Give you no information when they are coming. Didn't arrive on the day as you promised. And I'm still having to mess about chasing up my delivery. And you send me a link to ask how my product is.... 🤣 So far... Not impressed.

I ordered with you on the 12th March and my confirmation said delivery by the 14th. We ordered it for my son's gig. Nothing arrived and no communication on the 14th so on the 15th I emailed the customer services email address you provide. No acknowledgement or response. When nothing was delivered on the 16th and still no reply from BAX I email again to say I suspect something fraudulent. Still nothing from you. The item finally arrived on the 17th, fortunately one of us was home, as we'd had no communication that it was going to arrive. The only communication I've had from you is this asking for a review. So here it is. You've also asked me to leave a review on trust pilot and facebook. I will do if I don't get any response from you on this either. One star for the product, and one star for price. Zero stars for delivery and minus stars for customer service. There is a little box to the left of this saying queries are resolved in under an hour. I'm on 6 days and still waiting.

I just had an email asking "How do you like your Fazley FLP318WH Electric Guitar (White)?". Seeing as I've not received it 5 days after it was supposed to arrive, I'm finding it hard to answer that question. I've come to accept the fact that literally everything I order from Bax will be about a week later than they say. The only reason I return is because of the value for money. If Bax gave a realistic time frame in which the goods would arrive I'd give them 5 stars.

Sometimes low prices, but they ship slowly from the Netherlands with European power supplies and adapters that don't meet UK's Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994. BAX won't do anything about this other than arrange a return and refund of the whole unit. That's a whole lot of wasted CO2 and agro. Don't let the .co.uk website or Folkestone address fool you. Our delivery was 2 days late, and customer service extremely slow at times, often with no response at all to emails. They did say that a refund was the only option fairly early on and refunded the full amount in the end, hence a courtesy extra star.
